A 31-year-old Polish man, charged with the armed robbery of Temple Stores, was remanded in custody in the Magistrate's Court this morning.
Pawel Dzielak is alleged to have taken around £800 and an iPhone 5 in a knife-point robbery of the family-run corner shop in Stopford Road last Thursday.
