A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the murder of Colin Chevalier in St Helier last Saturday.
The 44-year-old man was arrested in St Clement just after 7.30 am this morning, on suspicion of murder and perverting the course of justice.
The police say that their investigations in the death of Mr Chevalier – who was 46 – are continuing.
On Wednesday, 35-year-old Darren Neil McCormack appeared in the Royal Court to be charged with murder over the death of Mr Chevalier.
A 35-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman have also been arrested, but have been bailed without charge.
