A 60-year-old man accused of committing a sexual assault on Christmas Day, and on two other occasions, is facing a trial in the new year.
Portsmouth-born Brent Barnes appeared in the Royal Court on Friday before Lieutenant Bailiff Anthony Olsen.
He denied three counts of indecent assault on ‘Miss X’ on 25 December 2004, and on an unknown days in December 2016 and June 2017.
A trial has now been set for 14 April.
