Hundreds of tributes have been paid to the "humble" and "hardworking" manager of Bacchus Bar after he passed away earlier this week.
Randalls announced the death of Carlos Da Silva with "great sadness" on social media last night.
Randalls Managing Director, Gavin Reid said: "Carlos was possibly one of the most humble, kindest, honest and hardworking individuals you could ever wish for to run a pub, and it was with those unique qualities that Bacchus Bar has remained a fixed local favourite, especially within the Portuguese community."
Mr Reid added: "The untimely news has sent a shockwave through our company, and this is just a testament to how well-respected Carlos was loved and liked by all who had the fortunate opportunity to work with him.
"I send my sincere condolences to Carlos’ family and his customers he called friends.
"You will be missed Carlos."

Hundreds of islanders, including Bacchus regulars, joined Mr Reid in sending their condolences to Mr Da Silva's family.
Islanders also praised the service of the manager, who has been a staple of Bacchus Bar since 2002.
One Facebook commenter said: "So sorry to hear this, it was a pleasure knowing you Carlos, rest in peace."
Another wrote: "Bacchus is not going to be the same without him. My sincere condolences to the family and the bar staff."
One islander said: "Carlos was an ambassador for the Portuguese people. Everyone who loved him keeps Carlos in their hearts. Peace to your soul."
The Bacchus Bar remains open as usual, closing at 23:00 tonight.
