A new exhibition by a Jersey street artist which incorporates both traditional graffiti art and sculpture has gone on display in a local gallery.
Vince Talcone's latest work is currently on display at the Link Gallery, located on the ground floor of Jersey Museum.
His exhibition is entitled 'loin des yeux, pres du coeur', which means 'out of sight, close to the heart'.

The show incorporates both traditional graffiti art and sculpture, with some items on display coming from Vince's travels to India.
The artist cited growing up in the 1990s surrounded by "a big culture" of graffiti in his hometown of Brest, France, as his earliest inspiration.
He also stressed the importance of "opening yourself to other art forms" and expressed an interest in continuing to work with galleries and exhibitions.

Vince said that graffiti and street art is "a lot more understood now" compared to when he first came to the island in 2002, but added that he hopes Jersey will have "more walls where we can paint legally" in the future.
The artist said it took “a lot of practice” to get to where he is now – both in regard to the artwork itself and having the confidence to collaborate with galleries.
Vince's exhibition is free to enter and will to run from until 31 August at the Link Gallery, which is next to Jersey Museum.
