Have you got anything planned next Sunday? If not, organisers of the Jersey Marathon want to hear from you.
With only a week to go before the marathon, organisers of the Standard Chartered-sponsored event have issued an appeal to find 100 volunteers to marshal the course.
Organisers are expecting 2,500 runners for this year's Marathon, Relay Race and 3K Fun Run, hundreds of whom will come from outside of the island.
Volunteer marshals are stationed all over the course and their importance "cannot be emphasised enough", organisers said.

"They ensure that runners safely navigate our beautiful but challenging course," they added. "This fundraising event could not take place without the valuable support of the volunteer marshals who so kindly give up their time each year."
This year, organisers are also on the hunt for a relay section leader and team who will be in charge of assisting relay runners to their stations.
"Getting behind the Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon in this manner also provides a great opportunity to soak up the atmosphere of one of the largest community events Jersey’s sporting calendar has to offer," the team behind the event said.
No experience is required, volunteers just need between four to seven free hours on Race Day and be willing to join in the fun. They will receive full training as well as a limited edition volunteer t-shirt and a packed lunch as a thank you.
Volunteers should be over the age of 18 on the day of the race or should be part of a recognised group under the supervision of a leader over the age of 18.
