A student who plunged 10,000 feet from the sky to raise money for the foundation that made his schooling possible has smashed his target of raising £5,000.
Isaac Tarrant, who has been a recipient of Victoria College's bursary for 11 years, said the idea had come about in conversation with his dad.
"It stuck with me, coming from Les Landes and having this conversation with my parents about how lucky I am to be here," he previously told Express.
The music culture he found, first at Victoria College Prep and then at Victoria College, had a huge impact on him, and last year, Isaac was a finalist in the PwC Jersey Young Musician of the Year competition, having won the piano heat.

He also spoke about other opportunities the school had provided for him to "do good in the Jersey community", including being involved with the Violence Against Women and Girls Taskforce, where he represented Victoria College and spoke at events.
With Isaac having completed the skydiving feat earlier this month, he has now smashed his target to raise more than £5,500.
His school braised the "amazing" feat on social media.
