A pair of sparkly unicorn shoes that sold out within three hours when they first went on sale a decade ago have been rediscovered by a charity shop veteran who is using social media to spread the love for second-hand shopping.
Bargain enthusiast Fiona Walker recently set up social media pages under the name 'Upstylejersey24' to showcase interesting items found and encourage islanders to do their own digging for treasure to support good causes.
Express is partnering with her to showcase her favourite bargains each week...
This week’s favourite find was a pair of unicorn shoes from 2014, which were spotted at Autism Jersey's Parade-based boutique.

Fiona said: "If you’d sent me out for a pair of sparkly shoes with Perspex heels, stars and unicorns, I probably wouldn’t have accepted the challenge…but with charity shops, anything is possible!"
The shoes were originally sold by a brand called ‘Irregular Choice’ which launched its unique designs in 1999 to help wearers “stand out from the crowd”.
The website reads: "Irregular Choice released a range of amazing unicorn heeled shoes back in 2014 which took the world by storm.
"These shoes were so popular they sold out company-wide in under three hours."
