A famous actress who starred in the original cast of hit West End musical 'Six' is set to appear alongside Jersey teens in a local concert this summer.
Aimie Atkinson, who is best known for her portrayal of Henry VIII's fifth wife Katherine Howard in Six, will star in 'A Night at the Musicals' as part of Jersey Sings 2024.
Ms Atkinson has also performed as Vivian Ward in the London production of Pretty Woman: The Musical.
This June, she will leave the bright lights of the West End to spend one night performing alongside the young local cast of The Theatre Workshop's Six the Musical: Teen Edition, which sold out at the Arts Centre in February.
The concert, which will take place at 19:00 on 19 June at the Methodist Centre in St Helier, has been organised by drama academy The Theatre Workshop in collaboration with Music in Action.
Music in Action is a charity providing education and learning to schools, as well as putting on Jersey Sings, an annual day of singing and music.
