A young man has admitted making almost 160 indecent photographs of children and is due to face sentencing before the Royal Court later this year.
Daniel Thomas Leigh (25) pleaded ‘guilty’ to three counts relating to a total of 159 images in the Royal Court this morning.
Jersey-born Leigh was represented by Advocate Nicholas Mière, who indicated his client’s ‘guilty’ pleas to the charges.
Crown Advocate Conrad Yates appeared for the prosecution.

The three charges indicate that Leigh's offending took place between 2017 and 2018.
The 25-year-old will return to Court on 19 July to face sentencing.
