Jersey Zoo has confirmed it will be closed on Monday, to observe the Queen's funeral while also expressing its "condolences" to its Patron, Princess Anne.
It will be reopening in Tuesday 20 September.
It comes after States Members agreed that Monday 19 September should be a bank holiday to allow islanders to pay their respects.
Schools and numerous local businesses will close - among them,Jersey Heritage sites - to mark the day.
However, the Bailiff's Chamber has asked that hospitality venues remain open to offer islanders the opportunity to watch the funeral there.
