Jersey swept aside Guernsey on day three of the Island Invitational Netball Games this week, nabbing the highest goal tally scored so far in the competition.
Jersey won 79-28, getting on the scoreboard after just 25 seconds.
By the end of proceedings in the Isle of Man, Rosie Tonner had netted a tournament high 35 goals.
Jersey ended with the highest goal tally scored so far, as well as the largest margin of victory.
The team's defensive linchpin Kat Le Riche hailed an excellent performance and cited the influence of former England international Serena Kersten as head coach as key to their success.
“We’re really pleased," she said.
"The most important aspect for us is to always stick to principles and still doing all the things we’ve been learning all season.
“We are focused on carrying out everything we have been training for and working really hard defensively and in attack and sticking to our game plan as much as possible.”
Guernsey are without a win so far.
