The Change Project has been developed in Jersey to empower people to thrive in times of change with free tutorials and resources for individuals and teams. Are you coping well with change?

The last few years have brought a huge amount of change into our professional and personal lives. In response, local change management firm, Marbral Advisory, launched ‘The Change Project’ as a way of sharing bite sized learning that anyone can access when and how they want to. The materials are free for everyone to use as part of Marbral’s social value commitment to their community and clients.

Marbral Advisory’s Change Architects have used their combined professional experience and condensed it into practical things that people can do to help them take positive steps in this ever-changing environment as either an individual or a business.

Dawn Rutherford, Principal Change Architect, Marbral Advisory, says: “I have always enjoyed working in change and having over 30 years of experience of working in the profession, I have learnt tools and techniques to manage myself and others through change reducing the stress and anxiety it can cause. We know that people are struggling being able to cope with the amount and speed of change at the moment, so we set up The Change Project to share some of our learning to help others to better manage change in their personal and working lives.”

The Change Project offers short video tutorials and downloadable take away sheets in three languages (English, Portuguese and Polish) on the following topics:

  • Building Certainty
  • Change Fatigue – Personal
  • Change Fatigue – Organisation
  • Resilience
  • Change Communication
  • The Speed of Change

Sasha Ogden, Change Architect, Marbral Advisory, says: “Change is exciting, you’re letting go of the old and encouraging the new, I want people to have a positive outlook on change because what you are changing today will impact your tomorrow. I hope that The Change Project creates an awareness and inspires people to build on their own change management toolkit.”
