Building Surveys
MDW were involved from the very early stages of the project, undertaking property surveys of neighbouring properties prior to woks commencing on site. In total 32 residential and commercial units were surveyed including the former Odeon Cinema. MDW will return to the project at handover in a quality control capacity working with the main contractor and architects to ensure each unit is finished to the highest standards.
