Jersey has been named 'Best International Finance Centre' at the Annual WealthBriefing European Awards 2023.
Now in their eleventh year, the awards aim to recognise companies, teams and individuals across a broad range of disciplines and services.
The winners were selected by a panel of judges and announced at a gala dinner yesterday evening (30 March) in London, with Robert Moore, UK Director at Jersey Finance, accepting the award
CEO Joe Moynihan commented: "This award win is timely for us as an IFC, having recently marked our official launch in Singapore as part of our new South-East Asia strategy and as we continue to strengthen our visibility across the Middle East, Africa and Americas.
"Our proposition as a forward-looking jurisdiction at the heart of Europe is built on service excellence, stability, experience, innovation and a truly global reach. I'm really proud that this has been recognised through these awards."
It comes after Jersey Finance won the equivalent category in the WealthBriefing MENA Awards towards the end of 2022.
