The Aqua Group have been shortlisted for the Citywealth Leaders List 2016 for the second consecutive year.
Aqua was awarded the Citywealth 2015 prestigious Gold Award for ‘Company of the Year: Female Leadership', and have now been shortlisted for the Citywealth 2016 ‘Organisation of the Year: Female Leadership’ award.
The awards will be announced at the presentation on 3 February 2016 in London.
Jo Luce created Aqua as an alternative for family businesses who are looking for key services that add value or commercial advantage; where long-term relationships are key.
She said that the focus on family values and recognising the individual needs of those families had helped Aqua to develop from a small firm to a platform with full licensed capability in Malta and Qatar.
She said: "In what has been an exceptional 12 months, I am thrilled that the team has been recognised for their exceptional skills and for the fantastic efforts that allow Aqua to demonstrate that it has provided and built its multi-family offering to show growth and positive results in such a clear, transparent and distinct way.’’
Aqua was born in 2012 and now employs 19 staff employed in its regulated businesses in Qatar; Jersey and Malta.
