Carey Olsen has announced the promotion of seven senior lawyers across Guernsey, Jersey and the British Virgin Islands (BVI), further strengthening its corporate and litigation teams.
The offshore law firm employs 330 people and has more than 200 lawyers working across its jurisdictions, which also include the Cayman Islands, Cape Town and London.
Jersey corporate lawyer Fiona Dalton and Guernsey litigation lawyer Richard Field have both been promoted to counsel. Fiona's principal practice area is in advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers in relation to high profile real estate. Richard specialises in corporate and commercial litigation including banking, investment and funds litigation.
In the firm's Jersey office funds specialist Lauren Fletcher and litigation specialist Louise Woolrich have been promoted to senior associate. In Guernsey corporate lawyers Gemma Campbell and Alex Mauger are now senior associates and Sharon Mungall has been promoted to senior associate in the firm’s BVI office.
