The Chairman of a Channel Island company specialising in business change is stepping down after it joined forces with two other firms.

Nigel Le Quesne who's been a non-executive director of Greenlight since 2012 says: "Working with the team for the past four years has been a great pleasure. As Greenlight moves on to its next phase, the time is right for me to step down as Chairman."

"I wish the team all the best and am confident that together with BDO Jersey, and Sator, Greenlight will be in the strongest position to develop and expand its change consultancy services."

Eliot Lincoln, CEO BDO Greenlight said: "We would like to say a huge thank you to Nigel for all his insight and support over the past four years. Nigel's strategic input and oversight has helped us grow and reach the healthy position we are in today.

"Nigel has played a significant role in our move to join forces with BDO Jersey and Sator. This is a very exciting time for BDO Greenlight, and we are now looking forward to taking the company to the next stage."
