Collas Crill has bolstered its corporate and commercial team with the appointment new partners Mike Williams and Ian Montgomery, who join from Mourant Ozannes.
Described by Legal 500 as “extremely thorough and very responsive”, corporate banking lawyer Mr Williams will take with him experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate migrations, group restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, private placements and public offerings.
His banking practice also extends into asset, Islamic and real estate finance, and he has worked globally in Sydney and London.
Mr Montgomery joins with a wealth of corporate and finance law experience, extending into the Middle East and North Africa.
His areas of expertise including public listings, tax efficient investment structures and all varieties of bank lending, while he has also worked with the technology and energy sectors.
