Collas Crill Cayman merger

Wednesday 26 November 2014

Collas Crill and Cayman firm Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth are to merge in the new year to form the first law firm with offices in Singapore, the Cayman Islands, London and the Channel Islands.

The firm will still be known as Collas Crill in Guernsey, Jersey, Singapore and London but trade initially as Collas Crill & CARD in the Cayman Islands.

Collas Crill Managing Partner Advocate Jason Romer said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to join forces with CARD  (Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth) We have already been working closely with CARD over the last few months to help our clients achieve their goals. This will enable us to formalise what our clients already experience - a seamless service across the Collas Crill Group."

CARD's Antony Duckworth said: “We are delighted to be linking up with Collas Crill. This is great news for each individual firm, and gives the 'new' firm a true international footprint. Together we will be able to build on the first-class service we already offer clients giving access to new and exciting markets and will raise awareness of our services and our jurisdictions in international legal markets."
