Direct Input has appointed a former journalist with two decades of experience as its new Account Manager.
Mr Rayner has worked in the media for over 20 years, starting his career on radio working as the Political Reporter at BBC Radio Jersey before moving on to print media.
His career highlights include travelling to Rwanda to report on the work of Jersey Overseas Aid and covering the official visit of the Chief Minister and Bailiff to Madeira.
"I am really looking forward to using my experience and contacts from many years working as a journalist in my new role at Direct Input," Mr Rayner said of his new PR and communications position.
"I have enjoyed working in news and am sure my insight into how a newsroom works and what journalists want will be a huge benefit to our clients."
“We are delighted to welcome Chris to our team as a highly regarded journalist amongst the local media," Laura Morel, Director at Direct Input, added.
"We look after a very varied book of clients at Direct Input, from local charities to international finance organisations and I am excited to see how his input will help shape the future of the company and those clients which we service.”
