ED Capital and Oakbridge Funds have joined together to offer administration and accounting services under the single Oakbridge banner.
The pair previously operated separately within the same group.
Oakbridge will provide Corporate Services under the leadership of Jamie Crawford, who will also oversee the wider group.
Fund Administration services will be provided under the leadership of Robin Wilson.
"A year on from launching Oakbridge Funds, I am extremely proud of the growth we have achieved," Mr Wilson commented.
"Our independent ownership structure enables us to remain true to our original ethos and to continue to navigate our own journey. This will remain the case as we move into this next phase of growth.
