The "voice of employee share ownership" will next week be holding its annual Jersey summit, hosted by Estera.

ProShare's Jersey Summit, which will involve discussion of about the future of the industry across the Channel Islands and internationally, will be taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel next Thursday.

Estera will be represented by Group Director, Patrick Jones (pictured), Jersey Managing Director Brendan Dowling, and Associate Director Emma Walker, who will be speaking on employee benefit trustee and administration issues with a particular focus on the administration and the lifecycle of private equity-backed schemes and hedging for PLC share schemes.

Mr Jones said: “The ProShare Jersey Summit involves many of the industry’s leading trustees and other experts and we are looking forward to sharing expertise and forging new connections.”

Other speakers at the summit will include Travers Smith's Head of Incentives and Remuneration Mahesh Varia, Norton Rose Fulbright Partner Matthew Findley, and Collas Crill Senior Associate.
