Viberts has appointed a Senior Associate in its Family Law team.
Prior to joining Viberts, Advocate Emma Hollywood worked for the Attorney General at the Law Officers' Department, where she was appointed a Crown Advocate in 2010 and as Senior Legal Adviser in 2018.
Advocate Hollywood was called as a Jersey Advocate in 2008 and was appointed as the Advocate to represent the Minister for Children’s Service and Education – specialising in conducting complex high profile multi sibling public law cases.
“I am delighted that Emma has joined us," Rose Colley, Viberts Family Law Partner commented. "Her experience working at the Law Officer’s department will bring a different dimension to the work that we do. She will undoubtedly benefit our clients, strengthen our team and make it one of the largest family law teams in the Island."
Advocate Hollywood added: “I am very pleased to be joining such a highly regarded family law team and look forward to helping more clients navigate their way through what can be a most stressful and emotional time of their life."
