Grand Hotel retains AA Five-Star standard

Thursday 17 December 2015

Last week it was confirmed that Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa has retained its prestigious AA five star rating.

The hotel is one of the only two in the Island to hold the rating, and the announcement comes at the end of its 125th anniversary year.

Martin Kelly, general manager of Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have retained our AA five star rating, this is great news, not only for the hotel but of course for all our dedicated staff who work so hard to provide an unparalleled level of service in each and every area of the business.

"As we move into the New Year we will continue our programme of investment in the property and we are confident that we can continue to further enhance the guest experience.

"It was particularly pleasing to have increased our AA Merit Score this year and great to see that the AA Inspector felt that Grand Jersey was a 'Great place to stay'.”
