The Highvern Group has expanded into the Cayman Islands with the acquisition of Genesis Trust and Corporate Services.
Genesis is one of Cayman’s leading providers serving the private capital and funds governance markets.
Managing Director Roger Priaulx will remain with the business and join Highvern's Executive Committee.
CEO Martin Hall commented: "We are delighted to welcome all our new colleagues in Cayman with whom we have already developed a close working relationship - we are looking forward to supporting them with growing the business in Cayman and making it a fully integrated part of the Highvern group."
