Hotel Cristina has been recognised again for its customer service through a prestigious hospitality award.
The hotel took home 'The Award for Excellence in Service 2019 for the Channel Islands' from the Travel and Hospitality Awards.
This new award comes hot on the heels of Hotel Cristina's hat-trick at Sure Customer Service Awards where the team came away as the overall winners for 2018 with Best Service from a team, Best Service from Leisure Tourism and Accommodation, and ‘The People’s Choice’ award for the most nominations from the public.
Alex Dolan, Business Development and Marketing Manager for Dolan Hotels, commented on this new award saying: "Following our success at the Sure customer service awards last year we were thrilled to have been nominated for yet another. So when we found out hat we had, won we were overjoyed!"
"The hotel has moved from strength to strength over the past few years and this is in no small way thanks to the great teams we have throughout the group," Mr Dolan added. "This extra feather in their cap is testament to the excellent service they provide and one that they should be very proud of.
"We’re looking forward to what already looks like another excellent season and hopefully more awards but at this rate we’ll need a bigger trophy cabinet!"
