Jersey Finance has appointed two senior finance professionals to its Board as Non-Executive Directors.
Tony Pitcher has 40 years’ industry experience and is chair of the Board of Altum Group, which he joined in 2014.
He has held senior roles in both owner-managed, and bank-owned fiduciary businesses in Jersey and spent his earlier career working for PwC and EY where he became a Partner.
Michelle Ryan, who previously headed up the business development function of a large private bank in the Channel Islands, has an 18-year career in private banking in both Jersey and London and is a former Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.
"I’m delighted such experienced and talented individuals have agreed to join the Board of Jersey Finance," Jersey Finance Chair Jason Laity commented.
"Together, they bring enormously wide-ranging experience across the key industry sectors and an in depth understanding of the industry and its direction of travel, alongside which they have proven leadership skills. We are fortunate to be able to call upon their expertise to support the ongoing work of the Board."
