Independent Strategic Group (ISG), which was established in Jersey, has partnered with The Fry Group (Frys) to launch an asset management business in Singapore, offering a range of global research and investment solutions.
Purple Asset Management PTE Limited (Purple Asset Management), which was officially launched earlier this month, will provide investment services to the Asian market while servicing Frys’ existing worldwide customer base.
ISG say that Purple Asset Management, as a regulated investment business in Singapore, will be a strong contender in the investment market.
Symon Stickney, Group CEO of ISG, said: "ISG are very excited to see the official launch of Purple Asset Management and look forward to working with Frys to develop the company as a market leading asset manager in Singapore. We are excited to be working with Fry in delivering a global integrated investment solution for their growing client base."
Jeremy Woodley, Sales and Marketing Director of Frys, said: "This is an exciting stage for Frys, as we realise a 40-year vision of offering our clients a global multi-currency platform option to our UK and international clients. After a multi-year search, we identified an investment partner who could support Frys as it launched our Investment Service, providing consistency and transparency in the offering across our offices."
