A local executive recruitment firm has been shortlisted in the Recruiter Awards 2024 for 'Small Recruitment Agency of the Year'.
Kendrick Rose will compete against against four UK firms for the award, which aims to recognise the best of the recruitment industry across the British Isles.
Founded in Jersey in 2009, Kendrick Rose finds talent for organisations across financial services, legal, accountancy, technology, IT, and commercial sectors.
The firm was a finalist for 'Best Client Service' at the Global Recruiter Awards in 2022.
Shelley Kendrick, Managing Director of Kendrick Rose, said: “The Kendrick Rose motto is ‘Recruitment Excellence’ and being shortlisted for such a prestigious award like this is testament to our team for consistently delivering recruitment excellence, every time, to our candidates and clients.”
She added: “We are incredibly proud to have got to this stage. We are a small business, but we also play an active role in the island community and this award is a recognition of going beyond ‘everyday' recruitment to champion the industry.”
The winners from the shortlist will be announced at a ceremony in London in September.
