Kendrick Rose welcomes new Director

Kendrick Rose has appointed a new Director, focused on finding talent for senior roles.

Mark Hucker, who has 20 years' experience running businesses in the Fund Administration, Banking and Fiduciary sectors, will specialise in recruiting for roles up to and including non-executive director positions.

The Chartered Accountant and qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner will also be working with Managing Director Shelley Kendrick on the panel at Club NED, a new recruitment organisation for non-executive director positions in offshore jurisdictions.

“It is often a criticism of recruiters that they don’t understand the skills required to succeed in a senior or technical role and therefore cannot ensure they put forward the most appropriate candidate. My aim is to help bridge that gap and to achieve a win:win for the candidate and their new employer," Mr Hucker said.
