One of Jersey's largest pub chains has been shortlisted in three categories in this year’s Publican Awards, which aim to champion the very best operators in the pub industry.
Liberation Group is in the running for 'Best Accommodation Operator', 'Best Managed Pub Company (51+ Sites)' and 'Best Premium Food Offer'.
“What a fantastic way to kickstart 2022!" Jayson Perfect, Group Managing Director, Pubs & Inns, Liberation Group said. "Reaching the finals in three categories is incredible and emphasises what we’re all about – amazing food and drink, beautiful and stylish accommodation and an all-round great company to work for.
“The past year has been another difficult one for our industry but thanks to our amazing teams and loyal guests we’ve continued to adapt and innovate whilst creating a comfortable, safe and welcoming pub experience for our visitors.”
Like all other finalists, the group will go through the Publican Awards' rigorous judging process, which includes an audit on their business.
“A huge thanks must also go to our executive chef Alice Bowyer and her team for reaching the finals for our food offer for the fourth year running," Mr Perfect added. "Their hard work, innovation and passion is unwavering, cementing us as one of the best in the business.”
The winners will be announced on 30 March 2022.
