Livingroom Property has promoted a senior member of its team to Director.
The pan-island estate agents said Angela Binnie, who joined in 2018 and holds the MNAEA Propertymark qualification, had been instrumental in a variety of contracts ranging from "first-time purchases to the sale of cliff-top mansions and country estates including a notable £12 million sale of an iconic family home".
“Angela’s sheer hard work and dedication in creating a better quality of service for our clients is the very reason I am delighted to see her progress within the company," said Founder and CEO Simon Torode.
