Moore Stephens Fund Administration, which administer a variety of alternative investment and real estate funds in Jersey, recently attended the 17th International Trade Fair for Property and Investment, Expo Real in Munich.

Nicholas Solt and Robert Luetkehaus returned to the event to meet existing and prospective clients in the real estate sector including investors, tenants and third party service providers.

Expo Real is one of the biggest platforms for the real estate industry, with a total of 36,900 property professionals from over 74 countries around the world attending the three-day event.

Moore Stephens Fund Administration Limited attended as a co-exhibitor, sharing a stand with the German firm, Roever Broenner Susat.

Mr Solt said the general mood at the event was that the property sector is continuing to look into the future with optimism.

“The appetite for investment is high and around the world new market opportunities are being explored, including emerging markets. There is also a trend towards alternative property investments, particularly within the hotel, retail, logistics and health sectors. Many of our clients visit Expo Real and we use the opportunity to meet them there to discuss current and future projects. Other attendees were interested in hearing about the services that we provide, as well as about Jersey both as a jurisdiction for real estate structures and as an island," he said.
