The pre-let agreement to lease around half of Building No5, the next building to be constructed at Jersey International Finance Centre (JIFC) has been handled by Mourant Ozannes' property team.
SANNE's new Jersey headquarters are to be built by August 2018 and will house 320 members of staff, making it the company's largest global office.
Mourant Ozannes counsel and lead adviser to SANNE, Pamela Doherty, said: "This is a significant move for SANNE, reflecting their commitment to the Island as they continue to grow on both a local and global scale and take on their largest premises to date.
"It also marks continued confidence in Jersey as a premier international finance centre and the beginning of work on Building No5 of the JIFC is great news for Jersey and the economy."
Peter Messervy-Gross, Operations Director at SANNE, said: "We are delighted to have secured this new state of the art efficient office space in a prime location in Jersey. Being able to commit our future to the Island as we continue to grow is great for our staff and clients alike. Having worked with Pamela and the Mourant property team in the past, we knew they would make a perfect partner in securing the building. Pamela's calm and pragmatic approach smoothed the way through the complexities of the deal and we are hugely appreciative of their efforts."
