New firm launches after CBRE Jersey buyout

Wednesday 03 February 2021

A new firm of commercial estate agents and chartered surveyors focusing on Jersey and Guernsey has launched following a management buyout of CBRE Jersey.

Named CG Commercial, the company is being led by Michael Caro and Guy Gothard.

Mr Gothard will deal with agency and professional matters, while Mr Caro will head property management services.

They will be supported by Luca Celiberti and Steven Taylor-Collas, and Elsa Taylor will manage accounts.

“It was sad to be told that CBRE had decided to close the Jersey office after so many years in the island, but Guy and I are confident of our team’s ability and will strive to provide our clients with an excellent and personal service in the years to come," Mr Caro said.
