C5 Alliance has promoted Project Manager, Claire Johnson, to the role of Head of Project Management Office (PMO), in Jersey.
As Head of PMO, she will lead the Project Management team, whose primary purpose is to monitor the management of all C5 projects and to align a high standard of processes across the entire organisation.
She will take an active role in running the day-to-day functions, ensuring that work is fairly delegated between team members, as well as maintaining a good level communication with the C5 Board of Directors to keep them well informed on the status of individual projects, and identify any areas for innovation of efficiencies.
Mrs Johnson is highly experienced in Project Management roles, having began her PMO career on Lloyds Bank Group’s multi-million-pound Genesis Programme. She worked on projects for both Lloyds TSB Offshore and Lloyds Bank International and was awarded the Lloyds Bank Group Award for PMO Excellence before joining C5 Alliance in 2014.
She said: “Over the past 2 years my role has evolved and I’ve worked on some of C5’s key projects, and had the opportunity to have some input towards positive changes of internal processes that have been taking place. I am confident that as the Project Management team continues to grow, we will continue maintain C5’s existing reputation for delivering professional, world-class standards.”
Mark Loane, CEO of C5 Alliance, added: “Since joining C5 in 2014, Claire has been taking on more and more of the PMO role and so I’m delighted that this has now been formalised. Claire’s recommendations will be pivotal in maximising the efficiency of our internal and external processes which will have a huge positive impact for team members across the organisation, as well as our clients, as we continue to move forward in 2016.”
