Regulatory advice, assurance and training provider Baker Regulatory Services has appointed a new Managing Director in Jersey.
Zoe Dixon-Smith joined Baker Regulatory Services in February 2024, and has more than 30 years' experience of working in offshore financial services, including three years at the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a Regulatory Supervisor.
Ms Dixon-Smith has held the roles of Executive Director, MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer at multi licenced regulated financial institutions and has experience at an international level as Group Head of Risk and Compliance at multi-jurisdictional institutions.
She is also a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
“I’m proud to be leading a team of regulatory experts who have a wide range of in-depth experience in this area, and I look forward to further driving the business’ growth in my new position," Ms Dixon-Smith commented.
Baker Regulatory Services Chief Executive Officer, Barry Faudemer added: “This strategic promotion will further our ability to provide cross-border, regulatory solutions for our clients, delivering AML, compliance and financial crime prevention through advice, training and assurance.
“Zoe has extensive understanding of the intricacies of the regulatory environment given her sector experience, both locally and internationally.”
