“The Covid-19 recovery is creating an exciting opportunity to reimagine our future and build a more responsible form of capitalism,” Founder and CEO of KIT Consulting, Dr. Emiko Caerlewy-Smith, said.
“For Jersey this presents a number of risks and opportunities. As an international finance centre, we have the need, responsibility and opportunity to become more environmentally and socially conscious, and to have positive global impact. KIT works with clients in this space on a daily basis.
“The Jersey #BuildBackBetter programme enables us to contribute our knowledge, skills and experience to inspire, educate and build the core principles of sustainable finance into Jersey’s next generation of financial services leaders.”
Jersey Finance CEO Joe Moynihan added:“The Jersey #BuildBackBetter programme is highly supportive of the Jersey Finance Sustainable Finance initiative. Engaging across the industry, at all levels and involving all key stakeholders is essential to build our long term Sustainable Finance ambitions for Jersey. Education and skills development is a key component of our strategy.”
