Law firm Dickinson Gleeson has announced the promotion of a new senior associate.
Rachel Moynihan has been promoted from associate to senior associate at the company.
She joined Dickinson Gleeson in July 2023, with the law firm saying she has “proven herself to be an invaluable member of the private client team”.
Ms Moynihan has over six years of non-contentious trust and fiduciary law experience and advises professional trustees, family offices and private clients on all issues concerning trusts and foundations.
She also provides guidance to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning matters, including will drafting, establishing will trusts and assisting in obtaining a Jersey Grant of Probate.
Craig Swart, Partner and Head of Private Client, commented: “We are delighted to announce Rachel's well-deserved promotion to Senior Associate.
“Dickinson Gleeson is committed to supporting its staff to become the best they can be.”
