Nominations are open for the 2021 Jersey Tech Awards, which aim to recognise the best of the island's digital talent, creativity and entrepreneurship.
This year there are 11 awards which are open to any individual or business in Jersey.
While some categories are focused on tech companies, others such as the creative tech project, or the sustainability, productivity and cyber security categories, are open to all organisations. Nominations can be made via Digital Jersey's website.
Digital Jersey Chief Executive Officer Tony Moretta said: “These awards are not just aimed at recognising digital companies but are for any business or individual who is harnessing technology.
“Digital is ubiquitous, every company and every one of us use it, and we want to recognise those who are making a real difference. By showcasing the best, we can all learn from them as well as encourage and celebrate their success."
Last year’s awards saw record numbers of nominations. With the pandemic being the catalyst for a significant acceleration of digitisation and technology innovation, Digital Jersey, which organises the awards, is expecting a bumper year of entrants.
The awards will be held on Friday 25 March 2022 at the Radisson Blu with nominations closing on 18 February 2022.
