Ogier gains platinum STEP employer accreditation

Ogier has been named a platinum Employer Partner by the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.

STEP employer accreditation is awarded following a rigorous review process, which takes into account the entirety of the firm's offering for employees, including Ogier's investment in learning and development, its approach to performance management, and provision of opportunities for employees to build their networks.
