Walkers Jersey has promoted one of its team to Partner in its Investment Funds and Corporate practice group.
Advocate Tatiana Collins joined the firm in 2021 and advises on a range of matters under Jersey corporate and funds law including the establishment, management, re-structuring and liquidation of various types of funds and corporate structures.
She has been in private practice since 2009 and is admitted in Jersey, the Cayman Islands and England and Wales.
Advocate Collins previously spent five years practising in London before moving offshore including secondments to a global investment management firm.
Meanwhile, Craig Macleod in the firm's Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice group has also been promoted to senior associate, while Kasia Mastaj has been promoted to finance manager, and Chloe Withe has been promoted to Senior Marketing and Communications Executive.
Managing Partner Jonathan Heaney said: "Tatiana has made a big impact in the Investment Funds & Corporate practice group since joining us and we are delighted to congratulate her on her well-deserved success.
"We continue to expand our team with new arrivals throughout the year with 23 new starters in the past 12 months, but an equally important part of our growth strategy is recognising and developing the talent within the group. I have no doubt that Tatiana, Craig, Kasia and Chloe will have a big impact on the team as we continue to grow."
