Polygon Collective's parent company has appointed a professional with 25 years' banking and financial services experience as its new Deputy CEO.

Suzie Tee's role at Polygon Group Limited will incorporate business expansion across the Collective, as well as developing Insurance expertise throughout the Group.

During previous experience working in London and Guernsey, Ms Tee developed a broad knowledge of financial products, led project management workstreams, built up strong client relationships and has taken forward her long-standing interest in ESG with a qualification and practical experience in sustainable finance, according to the firm.

"I am delighted to appoint Suzie to this pivotal role at such an exciting time for the Collective," Martin Belcher, Founder and Chair of the Collective, said.

"Suzie will be leading on the strategic growth of the Group with a focus on the revitalised Insurance Company which officially launches this month. Her depth of experience will be invaluable as we develop the company's growth strategy further."
