A local property consultant has launched a new venture, providing a series of commercial and residential property services.
Quérée Property Consultants will offer agency, valuation, lease advisory, development advisory and estate management services.
Its Principal and Director, Jonathan Quérée, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years' experience in the industry.
He was previously employed by the Government of Jersey, Buckley & Co and, most recently, CBRE.
"The market is in a constant state of flux and now, more than ever, I see opportunity for property owners, tenants and investors to strengthen their position," Mr Quérée commented.
"Quérée Property Consultants Ltd will provide the full suite of commercial and residential property services and I look forward to focusing my energy, vision and market knowledge to provide outstanding results for my clients."
