"These past three-and-a-half years with Alexander Daniels have been such an amazing journey and I am so proud of what we have managed to achieve," Mr Hubert said.

"The team in Guernsey are all such amazing hard working people and have become close friends. I will miss them a lot but equally, I am extremely excited about this move to join the team in Jersey and to really grow the business here.”

Meanwhile, Sarah Elliott has been promoted to Director to lead the Guernsey team.
