Duff & Phelps has promoted Malin Nilsson to Managing Director within its Compliance and Regulatory Consulting practice while Sarah Bentley has been promoted to Vice President after a successful three years with the firm.
The promotions follow the announcement that Duff & Phelps has signed an agreement to acquire Kroll, the global leader in complex investigations, security and cyber solutions.
Commenting on the promotions, Ms Nilsson (pictured) said: “I am delighted to have achieved this milestone, which comes off the back of exceptional growth locally and is evidence of our commitment to the Channel Islands’ regulatory and compliance landscape. I am certain that the future for the firm here in Jersey will be positive and that our expertise will continue to assist clients with all of their needs to comply with the high standards of regulation that exist in the Channel Islands.”
