A year after their first induction, three of Seymour Hotels' premises have once again featured in TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence 'Hall of Fame'.
For six consecutive years the Pomme d'Or, Merton and Greenhills have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence, leading them to join the 'Hall of Fame' last year.
Now they are celebrating retaining that position for a second year in a row.
The honour aims to recognise businesses that deliver great customer experiences, and is presented to only around 10% of businesses on TripAdvisor. The Hall of Fame induction, a spokesperson for the hotel group said, is "the cherry on top of what has already been a stellar year for Seymour Hotels."
The hotels are not the only ones to have been recognised by TripAdvisor - Greenhills' restaurant, Bonetti's at the Merton, and The Watersplash have also received Certificates of Excellence.
David Seymour, Managing Director, commented: “We are delighted that our high standards of customer service are being reflected across all of our properties. A special thanks to our guests for the positive reviews and our fantastic staff who work tirelessly to ensure guests enjoy themselves every time they visit a Seymour property.”
