Grant Thornton's newly refurbished offices have been officially opened with the help of some very special guests.
While stopping in Jersey for a training camp, players from the reigning rugby world champion Springboks – Siya Kolisi, Eben Etzebeth, and Cheslin Kolbe – paid a special visit to the firm's office last week.
Spanning three floors and incorporating open-concept designs, ergonomic workstations and other technology, the firm said its new space had been created with a view to enhance employee collaboration.
Lisa Guy, a Tax Partner at Grant Thornton, led the office refurbishment project, which she said went beyond a simple "transformation of our workspace".
"It reflects our dedication to employee wellbeing," she said.
Managing Partner of the financial services company, Adam Budworth, said the firm was "pleased" to welcome the star players, adding: “Their presence reinforces our values of teamwork, resilience, and excellence.”
