Sigma, the pan-Channel Island technology and business support company, has recently acquired Caxtons printers.
Fiona Cavalli, the original owner of the business, will continue to run Caxtons with the same team of staff, at 35 Broad Street.
Sigma say the newly combined business will benefit from consolidated production for both Caxtons and Sigma’s print works, providing state-of-the-art digital printing technology and traditional lithographic production, and offering a complete range of printing services.
Sigma has been established for over 80 years throughout the Channel Islands, specialising in supporting organisations with a comprehensive range of business products and services.
Robert Sillars, Sigma’s CEO said: "I am delighted to welcome the Caxtons team to Sigma and we look forward to growing our combined business across both locations. I am especially pleased that Fiona and her team shall continue to remain with Caxtons and we are all very much looking forward to working together."
Fiona Cavalli of Caxtons added: "This is a very exciting time for all of us, the merging of two longstanding Jersey businesses, giving us the chance to combine our resources and knowledge base for the benefit of all our current and future clients."
